Stomach upset
Dear sir 1)I have milk allergy. but doctor suggested me you can eat curd, but you must avoid other milk products you can have only curd and butter milk, but when I eat curd my upsetting and feeling in digestive ness in stomach why sir can i eat this? 2)i am low weight, when I eat mango my stomach movements are different and causes diarrhoea why can i eat mangoes 3)one more sir I have gluten allergy also, when i eat jalebi and gulab jamun my stomach movements are different and that time I need to go stools watery why can i eat these sweets? please answer my 3 questions briefly

Hi..... Take care with dairy products. If you're lactose intolerant, try substituting yogurt for milk. Or use an enzyme product to help break down lactose. Consuming small amounts of milk products or combining them with other foods also may help. In some cases, though, you may need to stop eating dairy foods completely. If so, be sure to get enough protein, calcium and B vitamins from other sources. Drink plenty of liquids. Try to drink plenty of fluids every day. Water is best.
