  4. Stomachache. Tends to follow with it.

I’ve been having a moderately severe stomachache every little while for over two months now. I’ve started to lose my appetite and get full on food very easily. The pain of the ache sometimes comes in spasms, and sometimes it is constant and affects my walking speed. Nausea sometimes tends to follow with it.
