My friend is having stomech pain from the past5 days. And she is 4 month pregnent.is it due to ligement streching ?? Can u explain

It depends upon where exactly she has pain. Lots of causes cn be there including ligament stretch , urine infection , threatened abortion , gastritis and other causes too.. Consult ur doctor if the pain is troublesome.
