Stomuch right side center small pain from tomorrow.from 6 months i have some gastric problem and use medicine. Now it is normal

Eat slowly, chew thoroughly, take small swallows Eat on time, don't skip meals Take small frequent meals Walk for 15 mins post meal Avoid oily/fried foods Avoid spicy foods Avoid smoking Avoid aerated drinks & chewing gums Get an UGI endoscopy done if symptoms are bothersome
