I consulted doctor and consuming tablets(cyclopam, levoflux, veltamo4, rabican d) . And disodium citrate liquid. What all foods I should avoid. And what all I should consume..last month I consumed 2 kg of dates and every day an egg. In the morning. Now I'm consuming water. (Not boiled, filtered.) is that okay. Is citrus will help. Me.. Report says less than 2mm size stone in tube. Is this pain increses when running??? I'm cautious. And tensed about my training. Help me doctors pls 🥺
