Right sided mild pelvicalceal fullness secondary to approx 7 mm calculus seen in middle 1/3rd of ureter

7mm stone has about 40 % chance of passing in urine. Take adequate fluids. This will help the stone to pass out. If you get repeated pain then u may require URS to clear off stone.
