Stools issue
Hard stools and beacuse of which pain in and bleeding from anus since last five days. Taking duphalac syrup but no effect.

Most probably you may have Hemorrhoids(piles) or anal fissure. Take high fiber diet and light food at night. Have bananas at night. If symptoms not subside consult a doctor for checkup

You have to make changes in your habits And take more roughage Waker that u are drinking in the morning is to be luke warm You have ti drink it llike fist glass full then 2nd glass slowly  like2 sips then walk for 20 steps tben take 2 sips Dont go to the loo till you feel pressure .

Suggestion ; Visit a surgery out patient to rule out piles, anal fissure. For constipation drink lots of fluids daily,eat green leafy vegetables, use stool softeners, bulk laxative 2 tsp before bedtime of Isabgol husk in warm milk.
