I have stopped masturbating for last seven days and its surprise to know that my low back ache has gone completely...are both related?

Yes if excess of masturbation done, it can cause a pain a bit. In limit no problem will occur.

Excessive masturbation and body weakness are some how related...not that specific for back ache. Ur finding is good but it has a poor evidence. Be cool. If stop all these sexual activities...night fall will follow.
