Dear Doctor, My cousin has crooked eyes since he was 7 months. We don't know what happened, where and how, and we don't know what it is, exactly. He is now 3,5 years old.

please get his eyes testing done and if needed  ,motivate to use glasses.otherwise consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Hello A.  First step in management of esotropia is cycloplegic refraction... If there us significant number then he must wear glasses B.  Second step is to rule out amblyopia/lazy eye. Patching may be required in case amblyopia is suspected C.  Having said that, kindly share photos of his eyes so that I may guide you better Regards
