Strain on neck
I have been having strain on my neck at back side just below the head. Have put on violini still not being recovered. Because of this strain I'm also getting headaches.

It's most probably : TRAPEZITIS.
Inflammation of the Trapezius muscle.
Go for rest( head with backrest on chair), hot fomentation, local gel application, no massage and for a week or so few NSAIDS from your doc.if doesn't improve go for x rays of cervical spine and consult ortho surgeon
