Strained tongue muscle?
Is there such thing as a pulled muscle in your tongue? I woke up two days ago to a pain in my tongue that feels like a strained muscle. For two days the pain was in the side of my tongue, today it's moved to the back of my tongue and it hurts more to chew and swallow. There is no discoloration or spots.
