Strange and difficult case
Hi doctor. It has been 4 months now that I am facing problem of slanted vision. When reading a book or watching tv/computer screen, straight lines look bent to one side..the text looks slanted sometimes upwards and sometimes downwards. Rectangle looks more of a trapezoid due to the curving of edges inwards. I have seen 3 opthalmologists and they did OCT, dilated eye exam, topography and everything comes normal. Even wearing glasses for -0.5 cylinder does not correct this. I even visited a neurologist who checked mri (without contrast) of my brain and it came out normal. I am so confused and frusterated that I just want to see like before. Cover/uncover test was done to rule out eye muscle problem. There is slight deviation of eye muscles but that is not causing such symptoms as there is no double vision. And the problem is there in both the eyes even if I close one with hand.I was quite stressed and overthinking before all this started but now it has been so long and it isn't resolving.

Extreme anxiety can cause these symptoms. The more concerned you are about these symptoms, the more stressed you will become... and this in turn will worsen the symptoms.
Next Steps

Health Tips
Anxiety is a common psychiatric disorder with  a wide variety of symptoms,  so it has to be ruled out.
