This will provide temporary relief. Extraction is a must. Warm saline rinse can help.

These are no mysterious symptoms and are basically due to infection in and around the wisdom tooth. It is just a coincidental finding that your wisdom tooth is impinging about the inferior alveolar nerve Canal but that does not change the treatment plan. Extraction is the only permanent solution to this problem which should not be delayed before the symptoms aggravate further. Medications whether steroids or multivitamins are only going to provide temporary symptomatic relief for some time but will not cure the problem and the symptoms are bound to reappear maybe even with a higher intensity than the previous episode. Regards.
