Stray dog bite
I was out on the road and a random stray dog came up to me and bit my hand and scratched my leg after sitting in front of me for a while It wasn't a deep bite but it sort of left like a pus swelling I immediately (within 15 mins)went to the hospital and got my first Rabies shot Do I need to worry about anything?

Since you have got your rabies shots as I can see it is category 3 and you must have received both ARV and ARS in addition to a tetanus shot you need not to worry about getting rabies but proper care should be taken to avoid other infections that may be associated with dog bite other than rabies with hygienic care and cleaning  the wound. Not to miss your ARV shots as per the dates mentioned in the prescription.
