Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. I can understand your suitation. As you have already made an attempt and not getting a relief, I am sharing a different prepective of her problems from ayurveda angle. (I am also an ayurveda wellness counselor). As our body and mind are interlinked, mental illness like stress need not be caused only by emotional disturbance, but also can be caused by body conditions. In ayurveda term we call imbalance of Pitta or fire energy in body can cause such symptom. Also acidity, body heat, menstrual issues, type of food, constipation, working style, environment etc can also influence stress. So the treatment approach needs to be holistic in considering and analyzing all these aspects to find the root cause and appropriate treatment. solutions would  be few home remedies, dietary changes, few routine changes, excersise etc. Don't hesitate.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely her symptoms will improve.

Was she responding to the sessions.. She needs to understand the root cause of her Anxiety and work on it.. If one psychologist was not able to make her understand, please seek other psychological counselor. Probably, she might get her solutions..
