Stress and breathing
Firstly I want to tell us I was a smoker nd I smoked from last 4 and half years and smoke weed from last 1 and half year...one day I smoke weed and suddenly i got so much depressed and after that I couldn't sleep that night and after that night I feel so stressed ,some time there is dizziness,some time I lose my interest in anything at all,fear of getting serious problems,can't inhale properly sometime,feel like my stomach and chest is burning ,having so much pain in back etc..please help me
