Hi. As a mental health professional, I would first advise you to rule out if these symptoms are due to your diabetes. If it is not diabetes, then these symptoms are not enough to make a diagnosis but one can see that, you are stressed. We tend be irritated when we feel that nothing is going our way and so on. It is a common problem because of the world we live in. Stress management is something that could be done and is very helpful.
Next Steps
See a medical professional first to rule out the role of diabetes. Consult with me or a psychologist/therapist/counselor around you.
Health Tips
Don't just brush it off as stress and not do anything about it. It is okay to ask for help and solve it before it becomes too much to deal with. Good Luck !

If your sugar is actually normal the medical condition is ruled out how ever your medications need another look for the following reasons.... 1. When some medications are taken they bring the sugar level down drastically which might cause mood instability 2. Also sugar patients need to have sugar pills with them to stabilise their sugar in case of dizziness etc. If the above stated things are not the case you need to follow the following 1. Get 7 to 8 hrs of sleep if you can't talk to your GP for some medications for that. 2. Stop smoking if you do 3. Check for hypertention 4. Lower your protein intake. 5. Do atleast one hour of exercise And do talk to me for further help
