To experience fear under stressful conditions is a normal human response. To be fearful and anxious after being diagnosed with covid 19 seems to be normal. We expect you to recover in coming days. However if your anxiety is distressing and persists for weeks after you have recovered from covid you need to consult a psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist if your anxiety persists
Health Tips
Adopt sleep hygiene practices for healthy sleep: 1. Get up at fixed time. 2. take exercise in morning. 3. No naps during daytime. 4. no coffee and tea after evening. 5. no mobile or TV screen before bed. 6. no more than 30 minutes trying to get sleep in the bed. if so, come out of bed and read a book till you get sleepy again.
