Stress of work and isolation
I am a serving military officer.I am always occupied in work. So much that i hardly avail breathing time. I am too lonely and isolated. Dont have anyone around to help me out. I become outragious and in office environment out of pressure sometimes i start crying and shouting. I feel that i will collapse. It is very difficult for me.

Hello Friend, thanks for reaching out here for help. I can understand your suitation. Yes, your job nature may be influencing your core character or behavior . Isolation and loneliness will create depression feeling and will try to exhibit out with the behaviors you expressed. Sometimes it will also influence  your body function with some unhealth. You may need a psychology counseling guidance to overcome this experience. Pls go for it locally or choose online options
Health Tips
Focus on some interest areas like hobbies, music etc. Create some friendships. Friendships need not be always at same age group or position, it can be at different levels and positions.
