As you mentioned, there are lots of problem with your coping mechanisms. Along with that i think problem is also with your personality traits for which you need to go through personality assessments, can be conducted by a registered clinical psychologist. At present i don't find the necessity of medications. You must visit a mental health professional for proper diagnosis and guidance. You mentioned this was your 200th query on practo. Dear its difficult or unethical to diagnosis on the basis of practo's question answer sessions. You need to visit a professional physically or take online sessions from clinical psychologists. Psychotherapy/counselling from registered clinical psychologist will help you.
