Stressed due to increased work pressure
I am feeling really stressed due to increased work pressure. I am not sure what to do in this situation as denying the new tasks can leave me without the job. I can't sleep, it's giving me headache and I can't stop crying.

Hi.. I can see that work pressure is creating a tight feel for you affecting your sleep and mental health.. Bringing in few minor lifestyle changes (i.e breathing exercises,self time, healthy food consumption etc)might help u tackle the stress in a constructive way, thereby preventing syndromal depression. Hello..It seems you are over worked and because of too much stress at work,you are not able to maintain a sound sleep cycle.This is causing Anxiety and you are having headaches. Please seek help of a Counseling Psychologist to help yourself deal with this situation and help you with stress management techniques.Take Care of yourself.

Excessive stress would lead to depression. Try talking to your HR, see a psychologist/ psychiatrist to get help for dealing with stress. Try some relaxation exercises like JPMR yourself. Maintain a routine.
