Hello Ms I hope you are south Indian, where marrying cousin is not a taboo. In case it is not the case than I think you should not be stressed out and be ashamed of what you have done. If you are happy in your marriage and you firmly belief in your decision you should talk to your parents about it. It might be that your parents might not understand you or get angry with you.

I think you should not be stressed out and be ashamed of what you have done. If you are happy in your marriage and you firmly belief in your decision you should talk to your parents about it. It might be that your parents might not understand you or get angry with you. But if you share your emotions with them you will come out of that guilt feeling. Share with them some day they will understand you.
Hi..... Exercise and stay active. Activity helps promote a good night's sleep. Get at least 20 to 30 minutes of vigorous exercise daily at least five to six hours before bedtime.
Avoid or limit naps. Naps can make it harder to fall asleep at night. If you can't get by without one, try to limit a nap to no more than 30 minutes and don't nap after 3 p.m.
Avoid or limit caffeine ...All of these can make it harder to sleep. Avoid caffeine....
Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends....
