When too many things happening in life sleep is always a problem. Take one thing at a time. Prioritise your problems make a list of which is important and needs immediate solving,  jot down your solution that way your mind is less muddled with issues.writing down always helps think clearly. Speaking to concerned person regarding relationship is a must especially when your calm. If it's still not settling get help

to improve sleep here are some tips- exersice atleast 40min in a day, sleeping and waking up should be fixed timings, avoid afternoon naps, have a warm water bath and glass of warm milk 20-30min before sleeping, avoid TV, mobiles, games 1hr before sleeping time, listen to soothing music or read a book just before sleeping, avoid tea, coffee, cigarettes after 6pm. don't get sleep don't fret about it the more you worry about not falling asleep the more you won't sleep.
