Dear Friend, Dream is a symptom of disturbed sleep or not having a sound sleep. Also it reflects that you are too much thinking about something negative about any past or future problems. I don't want to scare you by tagging Insomnia and sleep deprivation here, but you may have something which is bothering you and need attention to control it. Simple solution for your problem is to find a way for "sound sleep" . We need more details and evaluation to find out the root cause.
Next Steps
First consult with psychology counsellor and take his advice for the next steps
Health Tips
Spend 10 to 15 min with your husband or family member to discuss about that day's good and bad incidents . This will help to avoid thinking about the same before sleep and get disturbed. Avoid late dinners as it will delay the digestion process and cause distrusted sleep. Also you can practice foot massage before sleep by applying coconut oil and do a gentle massage. This will help you with sound sleep.
