From above complaints and reports my conclusion is 1. Diabetes is under control 2. Vit D3 Deficiency is there 3. I donot think there is any cardiac illness as pain abdomen is only when he sit or stand.. 4. Pain may be due to some local pathology (BUT CT ABDOMEN & USG ABDOMEN IS NORMAL) or GERD or something else which can be dig out by proper history and examination... Please upload all the reports including CT and USG abdomen... 5. CRP is of no value in this condition

Vitamin d is low...take d rise sachets 1/week for 8 wks. Get an ecg done for any cardiac problem to rule out. However such kind of nerve symptoms are common in diabetics.. strict diabetic control and tab gabamax gold every day at night will help

Hello There. I can understand your concern. only the reports are not enough to see if there is anything wrong with him. we need to examine him also and take a detailed case history. as of now, with the reports only the Vit-d3 is low, if he gets adequate sun exposure and tab. d3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks should be enough. cap. pan-l once a day half an hour before food for 7 days. if it still persists, kindly consult a diabetologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.

Reports are essentially normal, not directing to any problem. Pain abdomen while walking needs ECG to be done. Sometimes cardiac symptoms are present in epigastrium area
