  4. Stretch mark. On it but it isnt working!

I have a lot of stretch marks that's white in color and i have it on my arms and inner thighs because of it i cant wear shorts and i dont even feel confident what should i do to remove it i have tried applying castor oil aloe vera gel and olive oil mix on it but it isnt working
