I had put pressure in the toilet so frm dat timing around 10 days feeling circulating pain in neck to ear region... Sumtym at scalp area and mild pain sumtym pain get sharp last for few minutes and get relief after putting pain relief gel...so I m worried is it normal stretching or something serious...

Looking like normal stretching. But still show urself to neurophysician for diagnosis.
