What to do my father in law is suffering with pain & strokes shots & because he's not able to eat and drink
He went to doctor and they gave medicines and told if no changes we'll have to do operation..!
Can you please suggest us!

When mention strokes of CNS it may ischemia or haemorrhagic. Ischemic stroke of CNS due to a clot leads to significant damage and we need a immediate intervention... To remove the clot
When we talk about cardiac strokes like ischemic attacks or MI then we usually start medication if there is arterial blockage more than 70 percentage in angiography then suggest for surgery... I think if you make clear about you issue then people from medicine department will help you in best ways.
