Study lag,feeling of rejection and guilt
I've always been a bright student but since the starting of 11 th I saw a change in me ,I became more lazy and procrastinated result I failed in one subject . I think I became.overconfident but now after getting bad marks in three consecutive tests when all my other friends who scored average earlier now scoring As and the huge course I have to study but each time I procrastinate and feel guilty of why I did so..its just frustrating , I hate myself ! I I'm disappointed with me my parents r too

Hi. You are now facing disappointments and frustrations. Dont worry. Dont lose hope. If you are becoming lazy, it means your body needs more healthy food and vitamins. Eat well. Nextly since you were a bright student be cheerful that you can still study well. Failures are common. If you have read that failures are stepping stone to success then accept that it is for getting low marks. Start doing breathing exercises or yoga daily. Sit and study well. Throw out your frustration and sadness. They are not needed for you. Start spending more time to study.
