(Tab L-cin 750mg 1 tab ODx7 days+tab chymoral forte 1tabx thrice daily x7 days+vigamox eye drops+Neosporin-H eye ointment locally3-4 times).

this could be due to external hordeolum
treatment:
a. warm compresses
b. apply antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins
c. take systemic antibiotic
Hello, it does look like a stye. Give warm compressions on your lids. Take Tolpa D tablets twice daily and Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily provided there is no history of allergic to medicines. stop Gentamycin eye drops. Please use ocupol eye ointment in the eye twice daily. If still concerned, please see an nearby ophthalmologist soon.
