B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
C use systemic antibiotic

plese do hot foamentation. use antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and take oral anti inflammatory and antibiotics tab e.g. diclogesic and ciplox 500 one tab twice daily.
