Subarachnoid hemorrhage,hematoma aneurys
Sbarachnoid hemorrhage in suprasellar cistern ,hematoma with aneurysm from M2 segment of right MCA with perilesional edema in right temporal region. Meningioma noted in right parafalcine in parietal region without perilesional edema.patient having high bp and diabaties.incident happend on 4may 2018 .hospitalised for 10days. she is on medicines.no improvement.what are her chances now.what we should do

The aneurysm needs to be clipped with surgery. After which she needs a prolonged stay in the icu where the brain needs to be supported in its gradual recovery. The Menon grins need not be tackled now. One problem at a time.
Next Steps
Opt for micro neuro surgery and clipping of the aneurysm first followed by proper neuro intensive care.
