Hi, My wife is pregnant and in first trimester scan it has been identified that there is a Subchorionic Hematoma of size 1x0cm Kindly suggest how it leads to and what care need to be taken

It is very small in size.Gradually it will absorb.If it increases in size then leads to abortion, IUGR or some growth retardation.Repeat the scan after 2 weeks and see the size of haematoma.
