Subclinical Hypothyroidism
Hello sir, My TSH level is 5.67 and FT3 , FT4 within reference range. My doctor said no need of any medicine for the same. I have fatigue and muscle cramps which didn't resolve from last 2 months. My Vitamin D was 7.6 for which he gave Arachitol 6L IU Inj. Please advise further on my symptoms.

It's vit D deficiency, thyroid hormones are nearly normal. Check with your weight and start exercising. Support with vitamin D replacements. Expose your body to 🌞 sunlight. For thyroid, need to evaluate with antibodies tpo and tg. For now, go with vit d supplements.

Your muscle pain can be related to low vit D levels... I would suggest to get treatment for your vit D as u have received one injection of vit D... Wait for few days for improvement... If no improvement in your symptoms even after your vit D status normal.... May need to start thyroid replacement....

No need of medication now. Check FT4 & TSH 3 monthly & consult with Doctor

Get your anti TPO antibodies checked. If positive start treatment for thyroid
