Is surgery neccessary for cyst i am worried if any mark or scar remains on my face or this is dangerous ?

Good morning. We can remove the cyst leaving a very thin scar. If the cyst is causing pain or discomfort, then removal is necessary. Consult a doctor if you plan to wait and watch. Thank you
