Sudden Acne Because of Chocolate
Hi, I have been eating chocolate ever since I can remember and 5 months ago I started getting major acne breakouts. I haven't had an acne problem ever except 1-2 during PMS. 5 months ago I did a makeup course which required makeup application everyday with different tools with questionable hygiene. That broke my face out first and I took a break from applying makeup and took care of my skin. This whole time I was also eating chocolate so no red flags there. After the course ended, I continued eating some chocolate like once a while and whenever I ate even one tiny bit of chocolate, the next day I broke out. This is so confusing but I dont understand what to do! I tried home.remedies and aloe vera and benzoyl peroxide but nothing is working. Maybe the products that initially caused my acne stayed behind and are reacting somehow with consumption of chocolate. Because the acne is mostly on my forehead and chin. The one on my cheeks have heeled.
