Sudden CSVT case to 21 year old boy
Hi, My brother is having a blood cloat at left side of the brain temporo-occipital & posterior parietal lobe with a largest size measuring 8.7 x 4.7 cms with no intraventricular extension.  He is 21 year old, hight 5.6 feet, weight 43 Kg. He is currently admitted. Could tell me how he should be treated and how much time it will take to recover.

This is quite large clot. May need craniotomy and decompression. A Neurosurgeon can decide after seeing the patient and CT/ MRI images.
