Hi You should take into consideration these factors - Travel history - Change in climate - Ongoing pandemic You need to take adequate rest and let your body adjust to the new climate You can take dolo for fever and body aches. Hot soup/ Home remedies would also be beneficial if you are feeling cold Take healthy diet, check wether you are taking adequate proteins in your diet. You can also take mutivitamin supplements. As you are trying to quit smoking your mind needs good distraction so keep yourself busy in things you like ( eg Reading) at home Stay home Stay hydrated Follow social distance / Respiratory hygiene/ hand hygiene If still you have any unresolved issues further consultation would be required with a doctor
