Sudden High BP and High heart beat
Can see sudden raise in high BP and High heart beat. When checked a while back 136/97 and 102 beating.

It mostly will be due to anxiety.. you dont need any BP medication just take tb.petril-beta 20 it will help you in both ways keeping HR and BP under control plus will keep mind relax..If still your symptoms persists then consult me online

just avoid extra salt and oily foods do regular aerobics or yoga

Hello, Your Heart rate and BP can raise with anxiety or exercise. It is important to record your BP in comfortable resting position. If you still have persistently high readings more than thrice let me know will start medications after a detailed history Take care. Stay safe

BP and HR would increase when ever somebody is exercising or anxious.... check it again when you are relaxed and when u haven't done any exercise for half hour
