Sudden irregular period and AMH
Since we have been trying to conceive which is 4 months, my periods have become irregular..last month I had a 48 day cycle, which was my longest so far..I always used to have a 30 to 32 day cycle.
I am 31 years old. Doc asked me to do AMH test whose rest was 2.49
She said it's not very good but not very bad either.
I am not sure what to do?
Should we continue trying on my own or take medical help?
My husband's sperm count is normal.

This AMH is ok you can try for few more months and then again consult. Till then take folic acid tablets
