Sudden pain in the scrotum
I started having sudden pain in my testis region and when I try to feel both testis, I notice that one is slightly above than the other. What could be the cause of this?

Hi there, having one testis then the other is completely normal but you should be concerned about the sudden pain. There can be multiple reasons for having pain in testicles including Torsion of testis, epidedimitis, frequency of sex or so. If the pain persists take painkiller and consultant urologist.
