Sudden shivering,excess sweating,dizzy

I used to eat at 11pm and go to bed,suddenly i feel head spinning with excess sweating and body shivering with pain.. once i vomited and then i came back to normal..im so panicked.. bp,sugar all r normal..

Dizzy can be caused by a wide range of things, it may not always be easy to identify the underlying cause of dizziness.Dizziness can sometimes be caused by an ear condition.The most common causes of dizziness are Labyrinthitis,migraine ,stress or anxiet..
