Sudden Syncope without any Prior Warning
My Father Akhilendra Singh Age 54 Having Diabetes and Hypertension both.! From last 6 months he is suffering from the problem of Sudden syncope without any prior Warning before.! He just use to fall down where ever he use to be...We consulted a Cardiologist we thought it might be a problem related to heart but all the report including ANGIOGRAPHY , UCO and HALTER everthing came normal..! Then we consulted to A Neurologist and we got out MRI and EEG done and the EEG REPORTS are Normal but MRI says "-DILATATION OF BILATERAL LATERAL VENTRICLES IS SEEN DISPROPORTIONATE TO SULCAL PROMINENCE - FEW FOCI OF T2/FLAIR HYPERINTENSITY ARE SEEN IN THE LEFT SIDED PRECENTRICULAR WHITE MATTER;s/o chronic microangiopathic changes " Its very serious Plz someone Answer.! I really need your help..!

Need to rule out NPH . Better to take neurologist opinion for further management
