Sudden temperory pain in both the legs
Hello, my mother went through a surgery for slipped disk 1 and a half year ago. The surgery was not 100 percent successful but with time she recovered. Now, since last 1 and a half week, she feels immense pain in calf region of both the legs. This pain is temperory and, generally it occurs when she tries to change sleeping position. She complains like "nerves chadd gai hai ekdummm", we thought it's due to slipped disk again and went for MRI, but it wasn't it. We want it to be diagnosed properly with perfection, please help.

• Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
