Sudden weakness in body and head pain
I am 65 years old & suddenly I observe weakness in legs and hands and headache started along with it, sometimes it makes me off mood and I feel not ok, I was professor and retired this year, lack of work may also impacting on this,also my diet is getting lower.
Pl suggest.

Inculcate hobbies like gardening, meditation etc.
It will be good.
Tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management
