Suffering frim Allergy throughout Year
I am suffering from allergy due to dust or may be dueto cold wheather. On every 2nd day I start too much sneezing with running nose and teary/rashy eyes. I have to take cetrazine everytime to stop this. Earlier it was not on regular basis but now a days I have to take medicime atleast 3 days in a week.
please help me and suggest how to cure it

Correction in food sleep activity will help to cure the problem.
Next Steps
Put few drops of melted ghee to each nostrils before bath and when sneezing starts then. and put generous amount of coconut oil over head.
