Suffering from Acid reflux and Constipat
My family doc told me to take Rekool D and freego powder but when i take rekool d i feel that capsule is stuck in my throat nd after sometime i feel acid coming up to throat and sometimes i have normal bowel movement and sometimes little bit mild.. Can you tell me what's exactly happening with me?
I'm suffering since april month

I can understand your concern.
You can continue the medicines suggested by your doctor.
Have a high fiber diet and avoid oily and spicy foods.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
