Suffering from Angular cheilitis on Lips
Lips crack from corners and a white flaky layer forms whatsoever I apply on them from 2 years now. Consulted 2 dermatologists and have done my b12 tests done and regularly take multi vitamins and b12 still no recovery.
I have tried:
- Dosetil Lotion, Sebamed lipbalm, Gingicort gel, Tess mouth gel, vaseline, Ghee, boroline, Lozisoft, Johnsons cre
Went Himachal for a week lips were perfectly fine without any medicine. I stay in Pune may be its because of atmosphere. Using mineral water for face.

May be seborrheic dermatitis..Need to see before starring treatment....Send photos, of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
