Please suggest some medicine to my 3 years old daughter for caugh. I have ascoril syrup and amrodil s ,pulmoclear syrups. Which one I have to use

Dear parents,      Give your kid Syp Cefrine (Cefdinir) half teaspoon ful twice a day for 5days, Syp Wikoryl one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days. Syp Axalin half teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days.
