Suffering from cough

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Since 3 days I m suffering from cough when I breath in ...I do cough same I have nasal congestion since long and while sleeping there is no cough m..taking antibiotics and cough syrup but no relief what sign is this ? No other problem.and no travel history

I need to take a complete history of yours to conclude .Is there any expectoration with cough or is it dry? for how many days are you having nasal congestion? any post nasal drip? any history of nasal polyps? I also would like to know the current medications you are using for it.
